The hotel is on Gloucester Road, at the top, offering spacious and comfortable rooms, with varied dining options in nearby restaurants, cafes, and bars. The staff is friendly and professional, with some confusion in the check-in area. The regular bus routes right outside make the town easily reachable, although a bit far to walk to the center.
The hotel offers modern rooms with very comfortable beds and superb showers, alongside excellent continental breakfast. It is conveniently located for easy access to public transport and features some exceptional restaurants within walking distance. However, the check-in area might cause a bit of confusion, and the distance to the city center could be a drawback.
The hotel had clean and modern rooms that were compact but spotless, nicely furnished, and surprisingly quiet. The service was generally friendly and helpful, although some staff seemed a bit grumpy. The location was perfect for various activities and amenities, offering a convenient stay. The dining experience was very good with freshly prepared meals. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor room size issues and occasional service demeanor concerns.
